Twice a Year Contract

The twice a year contract is $219 for the first system and $209 for each additional system. This plan we will come out every six months to do preventive maintenance. Also, if you were to need a service call you would receive a 15% discount for being on this contract with us.

One Time Tune Up

The one time tune up is $189 for each individual system. This plan is just an annual maintenance.

Commercial Application

With Commercial maintenances we do special custom pricing. First, we will need to go out and look at the equipment to check for special/ custom equipment. This maintenance plan includes two visit a year.
